Source raw materials only from qualified suppliers with certification documents;

Conduct incoming tests (e.g., material composition analysis, toxicity screening) to reject non-compliant materials.

Deploy real-time quality inspection (QC) personnel on the production line to check dimensional accuracy, surface smoothness, and assembly tightness;

Use automated testing equipment (e.g., leak detectors, pressure testers) to ensure packaging sealability (critical for preventing cosmetic oxidation and contamination).

100% sampling inspection of finished products: testing drop resistance, temperature resistance (-20℃ to 60℃), and chemical compatibility with common cosmetic ingredients (e.g., alcohol, essential oils);

Retain sample libraries for 24 months to trace quality issues if they arise.
