2. Scheme Design and Prototyping (3-7 days) The design team outputs 3 or more packaging schemes (including 3D effect diagrams, material sample cards), and after customer confirmation, start prototyping; Use "digital prototyping + physical samples" for dual verification: first simulate packaging assembly and usage scenarios through 3D models, then produce 1:1 physical samples, allowing customers to intuitively inspect appearance, feel, and function, and make modifications until satisfied.

3. Production Manufacturing (5-15 days based on order quantity) After sample confirmation, sign a formal contract, clearly defining material standards, quality inspection norms, and delivery milestones; During the production process, implement the "three-level inspection system": raw material entry inspection (such as compliance of food-grade materials), production sampling inspection (such as printing clarity, structural firmness), and finished product full inspection (such as size deviation, defect screening), ensuring that each product meets the standards.

4. Quality Inspection, Delivery and After-sales (1-3 days) After the finished product is inspected by a third-party authoritative institution (such as SGS, ITS) and deemed, provide the "Quality Inspection Report"； Support on-site pickup, logistics delivery (cooperating with SF Express, DHL, etc., customizable anti-loss packaging), providing customs clearance assistance for remote areas or cross-border orders； After-sales commitment: In case of non-human-induced quality issues, respond within 24 hours, and provide a solution for re-delivery or return within 48 hours.

The glass bottle production line is an integrated automated manufacturing system that encompasses multiple processes. The core focuses on three main modules: "raw material transformation - shaping and forming - quality control", enabling efficient conversion from raw powder materials to qualified glass bottles. It is widely used in fields such as food, medicine, and cosmetics.

The production line begins with raw material preparation: mixing core raw materials like quartz sand, soda ash, and limestone in precise proportions, grinding them into uniform powder, and then transporting it to the melting kiln via a conveyor belt to ensure the purity and accuracy of the raw materials, laying the foundation for the quality of the glass.

Next comes the high-temperature melting stage: the powder material is continuously melted in a pool kiln at temperatures above 1500°C, forming a bubble-free, uniformly transparent glass liquid. During this process, the temperature inside the kiln needs to be precisely regulated by a temperature control system to avoid impurities or crystallization in the glass liquid, which is a crucial step determining the strength and transparency of the glass.

Then comes the shaping process: the molten glass liquid flows through a channel into the shaping machine, where it is shaped using the "blow-blowing method" (suitable for small-mouth bottles, such as beverage bottles) or the "press-blowing method" (suitable for wide-mouth bottles, such as canned bottles) with the help of molds to achieve rapid shaping. At the same time, the machine arm is used for automated mold removal to ensure the uniformity and consistency of the bottle shape.

The shaped glass bottles then undergo annealing treatment: they are sent to the annealing furnace for slow cooling (gradually reducing from 600°C to room temperature), eliminating internal stress in the glass and preventing subsequent breakage. The annealing time and temperature curve need to be precisely set according to the thickness of the bottle.

Finally, quality inspection and post-processing follow: automated inspection equipment uses an optical system to screen for bubbles, scratches, and size deviations on the bottle body, and then undergoes pressure and heat resistance tests to verify safety. Qualified products enter the post-processing stage, where they are cut of burrs, cleaned and disinfected, and some may be labeled or printed with codes, and finally packaged and stored, forming a complete production loop.
