Mold Forming Technology
Mechanism molding: Inject molten glass into a mold and press it into shape through a machine.
Hand blown: Craftsmen dip glass liquid into a blow tube and blow it manually in a mold. Each product has slight differences. It is used for high-end, limited edition perfume with better texture.
Precise processing of bottle mouth: The bottle mouth needs to be finely polished and polished to ensure a perfect fit with the metal or plastic base of the pump head, achieving absolute sealing and preventing the evaporation of alcohol and fragrance.
Surface treatment and decoration technology:
